Engaging in actions that serve your own needs. Using Acts of Service as a form of Self Love is how you nurture your spirit and body.

Below are ways to begin practicing Acts of Service for self love.

Set a Goal

There is no better feeling than when you’ve achieved a goal you set out to do. If you’re new to practicing Self Love, start with a small goal, like waking up at the same time every day for a week.

Be Proactive 

Do something that future you will be thankful you accomplished. For example, meal prepping for the week ahead.

Declutter

Have a ln organized and tidy space is a wonderful way to honour yourself. Set aside time every month to declutter your space.

Engage in Regular Self Care

Contrary to popular belief, self care isn’t a once a month “spa day.” Self Care is meant to be a regular activity. This means taking care of personal hygiene, regular grooming, and properly nourishing your body.

Attend to Your To-Do List

This requires a little dedication to turn it into a regular Act of Service. Schedule those appointment, respond to those emails or messages. Clearing your to-do list is a wonderful way to feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

Create a Security Fund

Having a security fund cushion is a wonderful way to reduce stress, in turn caring for yourself.
